Since May 2024, our company has maintained in-depth and efficient communication with Armenian customers, focusing on the details of product configuration, technical parameters, delivery cycle and after-sales service. After several rounds of in-depth negotiation and program optimization, we have won the full trust of the customers. In September 2024, the Armenian customer delegation paid a special visit to our factory for on-site inspection, and highly recognized our advanced production equipment, strict quality control system and professional technical team after a detailed understanding of the production process, product performance and quality inspection links.
During the visit, the customers signed an order for 4 units of 12-ton 5-section boom truck cranes with ISUZU chassis on the spot. Impressed by our product quality and thoughtful service, the customers immediately added an order for 2 units of 30-meter aerial work platforms with ISUZU chassis. They expressed great satisfaction with the whole cooperation process and clearly stated that there will be more follow-up orders in the future, which has laid a solid foundation for the long-term and stable strategic cooperation between both parties.
